Hero Reservation
A 50% Hero Reservation is required to reserve your requested event date and time.
Your Hero Reservation is applied toward your final invoice. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your setup.
Cancellations — 72 Hours or More Before Your Appointment
Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment and you’ll receive a full refund of your Hero Reservation.
Cancellations — Less Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund of the Hero Reservation.
Your scheduled setup time has been reserved exclusively for your event. Because that time has been dedicated to you, we may no longer be able to accept another event in its place.
Custom Orders & Specialty Materials
Any balloons, arch kits, decorations, backdrops, specialty supplies, or other custom materials purchased specifically for your event must be paid for before they are ordered.
Custom purchases include a sourcing and coordination fee and are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether your event is canceled or rescheduled.
If your event is canceled after custom items have been ordered, you may choose one of the following options:
- Pick up your purchased items within 24 hours of your scheduled event or cancellation.
- Have your items shipped to you at your expense.
- Forfeit the items if you no longer want them.
Custom materials remain your property once purchased.
Any custom purchases that are not picked up, shipped, or used within 24 hours of your scheduled event or cancellation will be considered forfeited and may be disposed of by Helium Heroes.
