Terms & Conditions

A Hero Reservation is required to secure your event date and time.

Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your setup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional services requested before or during your event may increase your final balance.

Please ensure someone is available at the event location during the scheduled arrival window.

Delays caused by inaccessible locations, missing access information, or customer availability may affect setup time.

Customers may provide their own balloons or request balloon sourcing through Helium Heroes.

We cannot guarantee the performance or float time of balloons supplied by customers.

Outdoor balloon displays are subject to weather conditions.

Helium Heroes is not responsible for balloon performance affected by heat, wind, rain, sunlight, or other environmental conditions after setup has been completed.

Helium Heroes is not responsible for damage caused by customer-supplied balloons, decorations, adhesives, venue restrictions, or conditions outside our control.

Travel fees may apply based on your Hero Zone.

Locations outside our standard service area may require a custom quote.

Changes to your reservation should be requested as early as possible.

Additional charges may apply if changes increase setup time, travel, or materials.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
